Steps for the fixed problem: .

 1. Open your Instagram app.

 2. Go to login your username and password.

 3. Now your problem is you do not get security code so click on login help -> click support.

 4. Enter your working mail address and click on the personal account with photo of me.

 5. After open your mail and check with the start name is Facebook ->open mail.

 6. Read mail and follow conditions.

 7. After you get an Instagram backup code and enter it and login.
